Our story
From plugin publishers to the WordPress experts and WooCommerce experts behind 500+ projects
WPWooExperts started inside plugin companies. Our founders spent years leading plugin development teams, shipping more than 120 extensions to the official WooCommerce Marketplace, WordPress.org and Envato — products used on tens of thousands of stores, each release reviewed line by line before it went live.
That background changed how we build for clients. A store is not a website with a cart bolted on; it is software that has to survive plugin updates, traffic spikes, payment-provider changes and years of new requirements. We write code that expects all of that — and after 10+ years, we have seen most of it.
Today we work with B2B distributors, course businesses on LearnDash, marketplaces on Stripe Connect, retail brands and agencies that need a senior WordPress and WooCommerce partner. Two specialisms, one team: WPExperts for the platform, WooExperts for the store.
What we believe
Four rules our experts never compromise on
Standards over shortcuts
WordPress coding standards, PHPCS, escaping and nonces everywhere. Boring, dependable code is the point.
Speed is revenue
We measure performance before and after every engagement and publish the numbers to you.
Own the risk
We tell you what could go wrong before we start, and carry a warranty window after launch.
Direct access
You always talk to the engineer doing the work. Decisions are made in one conversation, not three.
Our development stack
The tools our WordPress & WooCommerce experts work with every day
Modern PHP, the block editor, the WooCommerce APIs and the payment, learning and infrastructure platforms our clients already run on.
Published work
Extensions our WooCommerce experts maintain on the official marketplaces
B2B for WooCommerce
Wholesale pricing, quotes, minimum quantities and trade accounts — one of the marketplace’s established B2B extensions.
Role Based Pricing for WooCommerce
Different prices, discounts and visibility per customer role — the backbone of many wholesale stores.
Google reCaptcha for WooCommerce
Spam protection for checkout, registration, login and account forms.
Advanced Shipping for WooCommerce
Conditional shipping rates and rules based on cart, product, destination and customer.
How we work
Every engagement, the same four steps
Tell us the problem
A short brief or call. We map what you actually need — not what a plugin sales page says you need.
Written scope & fixed price
Milestones, price, timeline and the risks we see, in writing, before a line of code.
Build on staging, demo weekly
You see progress every week. Code follows WordPress standards and is yours to keep.
Launch, warranty, support
Performance and security checked, then a warranty window and optional retained support.
